We're ready to help!

Like you, we are watching the news and monitoring developments regarding the Coronavirus, and the daily (or sooner) changes to our normal lives. Our focus, as always, is on the safety and well-being of our employees, our customers and the communities we serve.

American Office remains open and operational.

Following Government guidelines and restrictions, and as part of our ongoing efforts to protect the health of our employees and customers from the potential impacts of the Coronavirus, American Office has implemented meeting and travel guidelines for our employees to limit the potential for exposure:

• Meetings in our offices or at customer sites are by appointment only, and only with a few people; even with schools off, no children will be allowed in our offices.

• Self quarantine for 14 days for anyone who has traveled by air (domestic or international).

• Self quarantine for 14 days from date of contact if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19.

• Requiring that employees stay home if they are sick, until fully recovered (including 24 hours without fever reducing medication).

We also have plans in place to prevent any service disruptions. These include remote working capabilities and contingency plans for business operations. Lastly, we continue to share health and wellness information, including prevention tips from the Center for Disease Control, with employees.

We will monitor global production delays and are in contact with our manufacturers to track our project schedules and any impact on these schedules. In the event that a schedule may be effected or a product may become unavailable, we will communicate any delays immediately and work to develop a remedy.

As always, please call us with any questions you have; please let us know of any process/delivery changes to your organizations as a result of the current global health environment.

We're all navigating this uncharted territory together. We appreciate your patience and your partnership.
