Washington Post Office Design 1 700X525 1

The Washington Post, one of the nation’s top leading newspapers in circulation, decided to relocate their headquarters in an effort to adapt to today’s ever-changing information landscape, while still maintaining long-term business goals for them and their clients.

MOI partnered with JM Zell Partners to pay homage to the news outlet’s iconic history while reflecting their desire to be at the forefront of a high-speed future. With this in mind, the teams developed an open workspace plan with collaboration and productivity in mind. Open ceilings, concrete floors, and exposed columns express the open architecture, while pops of bright blues complement the black and white scheme. With products like Herman Miller Canvas Office Landscapes, Aerons, and Tu storage, along with Geiger executive office solutions, the teams did well in respecting the Washington Post’s desire for a space that exudes flexibility, modernity, and connectivity.
